Simply select "Ajukan Komplain" (Submit Complaint) on the platform and attach the necessary evidence, such as an unboxing video and photos of the damage, including a picture of the original packaging. Remember, Tokopedia's policy requires customers to file a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once you've submitted your request, our dedicated customer service representative will review the complaint and guide you through the process of exchanging the product. Please keep in mind that once an order is marked as "Selesaikan Pesanan" (Complete Your Order) on Tokopedia, it cannot be exchanged. All exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date, and any shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customers.
