What should I do if the item is broken or chipped when it arrives?

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. For orders placed through our official store on Tokopedia, initiating a refund can be done directly on the platform. Simply select "Ajukan Komplain" (Submit Complaint) on the platform and attach the necessary evidence, such as an unboxing video and photos of the damage, including a picture of the original packaging. Remember, Tokopedia's policy requires customers to file a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once you've submitted your request, our dedicated customer service representative will review the complaint and guide you through the process of exchanging the product. Please keep in mind that once an order is marked as "Selesaikan Pesanan" (Complete Your Order) on Tokopedia, it cannot be exchanged. Your satisfaction is our priority and we're here to ensure a smooth resolution for you.

At this point in time, KASI does not accept refunds, but we are happy to offer exchanges.  All exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date, and any shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customers.  Additionally, if you wish to exchange for a product of higher value, you will be required to top up the price difference.  If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service team, and we'll be glad to assist you in arranging an exchange.  Thank you for your understanding and support of KASI.
